Parking is restricted to those spaces in front of the Village Hall and surrounding roads. If you are planning an event that may attract a lot of visitors in cars, we are sometimes able to book the Cricket Club carpark on your behalf if there are no matches at the time.
Please note: The two car parks to the right and left of the hall are private for residents only so please don’t use them.
By Bus:

By Train:
Dorchester South and Dorchester West train stations are approximately 4 miles from Charlton Down Village Hall.
By Air:
Bournemouth Airport is approximately 33 miles from the hall. Take the airport bus to Bournemouth Travel interchange and then a train to Dorchester South. Then take a bus or taxi to Charlton Down.
Southampton Airport is approximately 58 miles away. From Southampton Airport Parkway take the train to Dorchester South and then bus or taxi to Charlton Down.
