Vinyasa Flow Yoga Classes
Wednesdays in Watts Room, CDHH from 18.00 – 19.15
These classes are designed to alleviate back and hip pain, and strengthen the core for stability and improved posture. Sequences are designed for beginners to intermediate level yoga practitioners, however, everyone is welcome and pose variations will be offered.
What is Vinyasa?
Vinyasa is a style of yoga that uses breath to move from pose to pose, so you will warm up quickly and get the body moving. The aim of the class is to build strength and flexibility, increase awareness of the breath and body and will include a short meditation/savasana at the end of each class.

Mats and props provided, however do feel free to bring your own.
